Requirements:

Financial disclosure (payslip/bank statement or declaration of current means) is required for assessment. All documents are handled per ZiyandaM POPIA notice.

  • 50% Deposit: Required to confirm booking.
  • Balance: Due before first mediation support or within 7-14 days.
  • VAT: Prices are quoted exclusive of VAT unless stated.
  • Additional Costs: Venue hire and specialists charged at cost.
  • 48 Business Hours: 50% of deposit retained.
